Kumakichi
The Tomita Sake Brewery version of Nichinichi Mushashugyo, which brewed Shichibonshari, and the Sengoku version of Nichinichi Mushashugyo to compare the tastes.
We enjoyed the difference of a bottle made from the same Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture!
The nose has a fresh fruit aroma like muscat, and when you take a sip, you can taste the sweetness of the firm rice and refreshing citrus acidity, along with a gentle shuffling sensation!
I could feel the change of taste in my mouth that I feel when I drink Senkou, and it was a bottle that made me drink too much!
The same rice can change when it's produced in different places!
Alcohol content: 13%.
Polishing ratio: Undisclosed (100% Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture)
