The first one from the crowd-funded sake drinking comparison set delivered by the Meishu Center is from Hida, Gifu Prefecture! I ate a cold (room temperature) bottle of Hida no Yancha Sake Honjozo at Kaba Sake Brewery in the city. I've never been to Hida, so I'd like to go there.

やんちゃ酒。蒲酒造場さんの銘柄。
先に飲んだ白真弓シリーズと違い、酸味が表にしっかりと出てくる。乳製品を思わせるふくよかな味わい。お米、そして麹を思わせる炊きたてご飯の甘い良い香り。旨味と甘味に乗っかる豊かな酸味がたまらない。
生酒とは思えないこのどっしり感。安定の分厚い味わいとお米の安心感。
美味しい。
