It was probably the first time I drank it. It was refreshing to drink, but I felt a little bit of the eginess that is characteristic of sake. But as I drank more, I didn't mind it so much (lol). It was delicious!

At my usual favorite restaurant near JR Narita Station. The owner of the store informed me that he had obtained a bottle of Kotobuki Mangame, a summer sake from Kamogawa Kameda Sake Brewery. I️️ got the news that we got the summer sake. It's so hot today that I definitely want to drink summer sake 😤. I'm going to have "Namero", a classic dish in Boso, served with vinegar. Ugh, too delicious! The flavor comes in right off the bat even though it's just opened 👍. It's a perfect food sake. The night in Narita goes on while enjoying the aromatic ginjo aroma 😋.

The aroma is slightly fruity behind the cemedine smell. In the mouth, one senses sweetness in the midst of spiciness. There is also a good amount of acidity. The spiciness is especially noticeable at the end. It is suitable for meat dishes.
