呑み助Orchid Honor Junmai Sake Akebono

The aroma has a hint of koji, like amazake (sweet sake). The mouthfeel also starts out sweet, but there is a peculiarity in the aftertaste that I don't like. The website recommends heating it up, so I tried it. The sweetness expands and the aftertaste is clean. こぶうどんYamanari Sake Brewery in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture. one of the sakes purchased at the brewery opening in March. The sake rice is Akebono. BrubeckIn Bicchu, we savored a sake from Yoshii. I couldn't find the name of the sake brewery in my search, but it's from Yamanari Shuzo.
The sake from this brewery, located near the border with Hiroshima, has a cleaner taste than I had imagined before drinking it.
We drank it cold, but Yamanari Shuzo recommended heating it up, so I'm sure it would taste better warmed up.
The customer service at Yamanari Shuzo was very nice. Next time I drink it, I'll warm it up as suggested. Kohei

Good balance of acidity, rice flavor, and sweetness
balance is good かつをWe had Junmai-shu, which was given to us by an acquaintance, with salted liver. It was a delicious sake with a slightly sour taste, full but sharp. This is the sake that made me fall in love with sake, so I want to spread the word. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
