In Bicchu, we savored a sake from Yoshii. I couldn't find the name of the sake brewery in my search, but it's from Yamanari Shuzo.
The sake from this brewery, located near the border with Hiroshima, has a cleaner taste than I had imagined before drinking it.
We drank it cold, but Yamanari Shuzo recommended heating it up, so I'm sure it would taste better warmed up.
The customer service at Yamanari Shuzo was very nice. Next time I drink it, I'll warm it up as suggested.
