Izakaya Monorail Tottori Sake 1️⃣
Today I went to Osaka Monorail's, sake event 😀.
I enjoyed the Kochi Yosakoi-go last time and now I will have Tottori Sake on the Tottori Kanibar-go 😀.
First of all, the sake that was served as a toast was this Zuisen 😀.
The host explained that this sake is not available outside of the prefecture, so it would be a first drink for people in Osaka😇.
Of course, it was my first time to drink it, but it was my favorite of the 8 sakes we had today, with the right mix of sweetness, sourness and spiciness 😀.

How to drink: chilled.
Aroma: Faint apple aroma. Perhaps because it is usually drunk at room temperature, the aroma seems weak.
Taste: Sweetness spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing and very pleasant.
