Pleasant scent. Quite fragrant, but not unpleasantly strong. The taste is clean, yet mild. Like good water. It was delicious.

We had Furuto Sennen, Drunken Whale, Tosatsuru, Kikusui Dry, and Tedorikawa. The drier they were towards the back, the better they matched the food!

It is said to be named after Kyoto, a city with a long history. It is fruity, elegant and very delicious.
I enjoyed it with pancakes and cheese fondue as well.
