It has a faint ginjo aroma and a pleasant, slightly sweet taste.
This is a sake that is delicious served cold or at room temperature.
However, I like my sake hot, so I try to heat up all of my sakes, but this one was no good.
Warming it did not increase the flavor, it only increased the stimulation of the alcohol.
I think it would be a great sake to drink cold in the summer, so I'd like to try it again at that time.
