It's quite a punchy sake, but it has a strong umami flavor and a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
The overall impression is soft, and it blends well with the tongue. It's a great sake for eating with grilled fish^^.
You can feel the flavor more at room temperature than cold ❗️.
