Special Junmai🍶Minatomachi Genki Project⚓️ new sake fired 🔥. Slightly yellow. Sourness, umami, followed by bitterness. It has a sharpness that makes it easy to pair with meals. Mild when paired with cold pork shabu-shabu (cold shabu-shabu with pork). Also good with gammo with root vegetables. One of the "Port Town Project" formed by liquor stores and breweries in the port town. Hard to complete😅. Buy it at Sugatoyo Sake Shop @ Kesennuma, drink at home 20230910

Clear aftertaste. ☺️ I was surprised to find that the shop is a local liquor store that lost their family in the earthquake and tsunami, but they overcame it and are doing their best to stay close to the community. Special Junmai🍶Full Stern Light🚢. Souvenir sake from the wine tourism Sanriku🍷🍷🍷🍷 smells heavy and heavy. When you drink it, it's quite matured, but light and crisp.
