Aged aroma. It's not heavy for a sake that's been aged for a long time. The spiciness comes first, but there is a brown sugar-like sweetness later. It goes well with flatfish sashimi with more umami. It doesn't interfere with the flavor. Heated to 60° on another day. ♨️ The sweetness increases and it becomes mellower. It also has umami. Goes well with anchovies.

Gentle spiciness. A little creamy. Surprisingly gorgeous aroma. It is not overpowered by the bitterness of the liver of the autumn swordfish. Goes well with the meat rolls of makomoko bamboo shoots.

Melon aroma 🍈 Light and dry. It has a sense of rice. It is a gift from San San Minamisanriku, a roadside station in Minamisanriku. It is also good with Shizugawa Tako (octopus), which has a strong flavor. Boiled ascidians add a little spiciness to the dish. When warmed up, it has a sweet sake-like sake lees flavor. Local snacks and local sake is the best combination 😆.

Sweet and fluffy? I thought it was sweet, but it was quite dry. It was refreshing. Easy to match with meals. Pair it with fried oysters from Kesennuma Oshima Korudo Sumairu.

Slightly yellow. Sourness, umami, followed by bitterness. It has a sharpness that makes it easy to pair with meals. Mild when paired with cold pork shabu-shabu (cold shabu-shabu with pork). Also good with gammo with root vegetables.
One of the "Port Town Project" formed by liquor stores and breweries in the port town. Hard to complete😅.

Slightly aged aroma. Lighter dry than expected. Crisp and ✨. Clear aftertaste. ☺️ I was surprised to find that the shop is a local liquor store that lost their family in the earthquake and tsunami, but they overcame it and are doing their best to stay close to the community. I would like to visit this store again 😊.

Souvenir sake from the wine tourism Sanriku🍷🍷🍷🍷 smells heavy and heavy. When you drink it, it's quite matured, but light and crisp. When paired with seared barracuda, the umami flavor comes out and is a nice 👍. Gentle for a sake from the sea.
