I drank this on a trip. I don't feel any special aroma, but I can feel the dryness and the rice. くどぽんBoth the aroma and the feeling in the mouth are lactic acidic.
The moderate acidity resets the palate. However, to put it worse, it is not very distinctive.

At Kanichi's in Mishima after a recent round of golf. Fuji Day (Feb. 23), Honorific Fuji pressed in the morning. Naturally, this is my first time.
New sake with a little leesiness. It is deep and dry. It is a fresh sake with weight. It went well with fish.
Beer→Honorifuji→Hakugakure Masamune→Shoyuki
→3 highballs at the snack bar ポンちゃんHi Duke 🐦.
I love this sake and sushi, and the variety of Shizuoka's sake is unique to the local area 😊.

I actually thought Shizuoka sake was not so good, but this was delicious.
Fuji from our hotel room in front of Mishima station. donkunSpicy flavor. The sweetness increases when heated, which is even better. SueThe first sip is very refreshing and cool.
