The flavor and sweetness are strong. When it rolls around in the mouth, only the sweetness spreads. The aftertaste is long but disappears quickly.

Pale lemon yellow, the top-tasting aroma is faintly sweet and sour, vegetable, lemon, citrus, yuzu, and the taste is watery, clear like water except for the faint sweetness and sourness, and the lemon-like sourness and faint bitterness. It is like water, or it is really strange that the same rice can be used to make such a watery sake. The lightness of this sake makes it a perfect match for sashimi and other dishes. It is a sake just like Hidakami.
