I was looking for a sake suitable for the New Year, so I chose Tokugetsu from Asahiyama Shuzo. As is typical of Niigata sake, it is light and dry, with a refreshing taste and aroma. We will be looking for more delicious sake this year!

This sake has a strong taste of alcohol, but you can't help but drink too much of it. The taste is sweet, but it doesn't linger on the palate, and if you drink it while eating snacks, you'll find yourself without any sake... Kamizen Nyosui is also a sake that you can't help but drink too much of, but I think it has a more robust taste than that. On the other hand, you can also enjoy the taste of sake as mentioned above.
