Oh my god. This sake smell so good with rice aroma while without strong alcoholic feel. It tastes very 甘口, like honey and with a rich mellow yet clear texture. It also has a bit complexity in the mouth, the taste keep changing in a subtle way. I bought it because I saw the word 山田錦, and I know the name of this sake rice, but I didn’t expect it is so different level than the 南部美人 I posted 2 days ago, and the price is almost the same! I announced this is my favorite!! ❤️

Saw the comment of this sake in this app so I picked this because I like fruity taste. And when I drink it, it is really easy to drink, fruity, sweet, smooth. Though a bit light body, it feels refreshing. You can smell the alcohol easily, but you won’t feel the alcohol is strong when yiu drink it. To conclude, its good for casual drink at home!

It was light, clear and little sweet. Better to drink with some heavy taste food I think since its really quite light, I prefer stronger taste sake. This is suitable for casual drink with food.

Bought this in Hong Kong’s Citysuper, it is frozen. When I brought it home it was still half frozen, and I poured a small glass of sake melted, it was so chilled, and very sweet and fruity. Love it very much and its so special!
