Fairly cloudy
Initial flavor has a Pronounced acidity stings the back of my tongue. Umami sweetness lingers. This is very nice to drink by itself.
Oh! Mixing the 澱 really brings out a much fuller flavor. Delicious!
Pairs well with sashimi/sushi. Does not lose to Okra 朝付け.
Can’t wait to try other sake from this 蔵。
