WAKANAMI Junmai Ginjo 720ml Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 16%. At Tomo-chan, we had Kibiki Blue. The owner is a fisherman, and when he catches bonito, it appears at the restaurant. I was lucky because I did not see him the last time I visited. We walked back to the inn, feeling completely tipsy. In the dining room of the inn, I opened a bottle of Wakanami Junmai Ginjo. It was a fun party with other guests of the inn, surfers🏄, and self-sufficient farmers from 🧑‍🌾 😆.

Wakanami Junmai-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol 15%. On this day, we went to Tomochan in Aoshima. Chicken momo yaki, chicken nanban, bonito sashimi, etc. Before going to the restaurant, I opened a bottle of Wakanami Junmai-shu at the inn. It soaks through as an aperitif. With all the momentum, we headed to Tomochan. The chicken nanban was served with just three slices because there were three of us. The attention to detail was wonderful. Moreover, the inside was rare. Everyone was very satisfied with the delicious dish 😊.

HIROKI Junmai Ginjo Black Label 720ml Rice / Polishing ratio: 40% Koji rice, 50% Kake rice Alcohol content 16%. We were asked to purchase another bottle of HIROKI for at least 2,500 yen. He said it was fine since he had three other bottles with him. The delicate balance of the taste is indescribable, and I think everyone will be captivated by it. It's amazing how many liquor stores have such a lineup of sake on display 🥰.

HOYOBAI Junmai Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice ... 100% Hanabukiyuki produced in Fujishiro, Hirosaki City Rice polishing ratio ... (Koji) 55%, (Kake) 60 Alcohol content ... 16%. We visited Hidaka, a sake shop in Miyazaki City. This month's recommendation was a set of Katsuma and Manjusen. I received the recommendation, but since it was from Toyama😅. But the lineup in the fridge is amazing ‼️ We had a hard time deciding which 4 bottles to bring! After returning to the inn, we started with Toyobai. It was fruity but also umami, as expected of such a popular sake, it had to be good, right?

年末年始のために奮発して買いましたが、想像をはるかにこえる一本❗️ これまで飲んだ日本酒の中で、 本当に美味いと思った最高の一本。芸術品❗️ 最初一口飲んだあと、一瞬何も言えなくなった。 上品で優しく甘い香りがして、喉を過ぎるとほのかな甘さが心地よくしてくれる😊
