At Tomo-chan, we had Kibiki Blue. The owner is a fisherman, and when he catches bonito, it appears at the restaurant. I was lucky because I did not see him the last time I visited. We walked back to the inn, feeling completely tipsy.
In the dining room of the inn, I opened a bottle of Wakanami Junmai Ginjo.
It was a fun party with other guests of the inn, surfers🏄, and self-sufficient farmers from 🧑🌾 😆.
