On this day, we went to Tomochan in Aoshima. Chicken momo yaki, chicken nanban, bonito sashimi, etc.
Before going to the restaurant, I opened a bottle of Wakanami Junmai-shu at the inn. It soaks through as an aperitif.
With all the momentum, we headed to Tomochan.
The chicken nanban was served with just three slices because there were three of us. The attention to detail was wonderful.
Moreover, the inside was rare. Everyone was very satisfied with the delicious dish 😊.
