We visited Hidaka, a sake shop in Miyazaki City.
This month's recommendation was a set of Katsuma and Manjusen. I received the recommendation, but since it was from Toyama😅.

After returning to the inn, we started with Toyobai.
It was fruity but also umami, as expected of such a popular sake, it had to be good, right?
