Strength: 16%. SAI heard a rumor that Eiko Fuji was now in stock at a well-known store in my neighborhood and headed to the store as soon as possible, but it was already too late... they said they had just sold out...

The fruity flavor of "Saku" was still present, but it was a little dryer and the aroma of koji (malted rice) was also present. The taste did not disappoint.

Alcohol content 15 SAI thought it was a limited edition sake and thought it wasn't available, but it was firmly in the store. It is available when ordered recently. High aroma and flavor. Really cosy.
