It is not so much dry as refreshing.
My favorite sake.
Senkou
The acidity empties the glass earlier than usual.
I wanted to taste the sweet and sourness, so I kept on sipping it.
The sweetness in the sourness makes it gentle.

Good evening, J&N. I went to Barilon for the first time too. I've been a favorite of mine since I drank Jyushiyo at Bali Group, but it's not available at any restaurant now ( ᵒ̴̷̥́ ^ ᵒ̴̷̣̥̀ ), but it was quite nice!
