Well-balanced, it can be enjoyed on its own or as a mid-meal drink. A pleasant and tasty impression of sake. It went well with green curry, which was thought to be a tough dish. I don't remember anything except that it was delicious, and I'm convinced it was because I was drunk. I regret that this was disrespectful to sake. It was delicious 🙇.
