★★★ TATENOGAWA Junmai Daiginjo Mainstream Rice:100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 50 Yeast used: Yamagata KA Alcohol percentage: 15 Sake degree: -1 Acidity: 1.3 Amino acidity: 0.9 After drinking quite a bit, I opened it at the end of the day. I don't remember anything except that it was delicious, and I'm convinced it was because I was drunk. I regret that this was disrespectful to sake. It was delicious 🙇.
