Timeline
やす☆This is the unaged version of the Junmai 80% polished version we had previously.
It is easy to drink at room temperature with a refreshing umami.
When heated to 55°C (55°F), the mild and lustrous umami expands as expected, and it has a nice sharpness.
It can be drunk at room temperature or warmed up. やす☆This is the first time in a long time that Snow Kayasha has designed a beautiful sake.
The taste is clear and refreshing, but there is a sugary sweetness that quickly disappears. The sweetness seems to intensify as the temperature rises. やす☆It has a very light, sweet and tasty taste, like clear water. There is a slight alcohol taste in the aftertaste. やす☆It is crisp and gaseous, with a good sharpness, but also has a soft umami that is typical of light nigori. やす☆The clear acidity is impressive, and the juicy flavor increases as the temperature rises. In a good sense, it is not like a traditional sake, and is easy to drink like a summer sake. やす☆I thought it would be a refreshing type because of Kutouryu, Aruzoe, and Ihyakumangoku, but was surprised to find that while the Aruzoe had a refreshing taste, it had a stronger fruity taste like green apples. やす☆Although it is a draft sake, it is not fresh as if the bottle has been open for some time. It is sweet and juicy, with impressive fruitiness reminiscent of apricots and grapes. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
