The ultra-fine carbonation and pineapple-like sweetness comes in quickly and goes out with a slight bitterness. Unlike the hi-iru super-harsh 7, this sake is only unfiltered nama-genshu, and is well balanced with sweet and tasty flavors. I had the impression that the normal 7 unfiltered nama sake had a strong cherry-like sweetness, so I found this balance to be just right and easy to drink. 720mL ¥ 1,705

It is slightly bitter with a hint of citrus while feeling slightly carbonated. A little sweetness is added when the cage is mixed. I happened to buy it in Nagasaki on the day it arrived. I also bought a bottle of Basic Fukuda, but gave it to a friend so I couldn't compare the two. However, I heard that there is a liquor store in Osaka that carries it recently, so I may buy some more there. 720 mL ¥ 1,430

Muscat-like aroma and elegant sweetness spreads and goes away quickly. It is sweeter than BLACK, but has a clean aftertaste. I saw a lot of this at Nagasaki Airport, but I also saw it in Osaka, so I guess it is well distributed. The scale-like label is pleasant to the touch. 720 mL ¥ 1,985

It goes in as smoothly as water, with a slight sweetness and pineapple-like aroma. Contrary to the label, it is lighter than Hiragana Yakoyama. It is easy to drink with little alcohol and no peculiar taste. There was a large quantity of this sake in the sake corner at the Nagasaki airport. 720 mL ¥ 1,985

The sweetness comes on quickly, and the melon-like aroma is fruity and slides right off the palate. The sweetness and bitterness are less than 7. Unfortunately, I could not compare it with 10, but I thought it had the best balance of sweetness and bitterness. 720 mL ¥ 1,639

The sweetness comes on quite quickly and recedes with a bit of bitterness, but the alcohol is a bit strong. I thought it tasted a little less sweet than Raifuku's Fulpon. Compared to 1814, 7 is sweeter. It would be good on its own or with meat dishes. 720 mL ¥ 1,639

Yonesuru Malmuthu Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu Ao Dewa Sanzu 100%. Who knew you could drink Yonesuru in Nagasaki! We snacked on ray fins from Nagasaki and firefly squid from the Sea of Japan. Thanks to Yoshida Sake Shop, I can buy sake with peace of mind even after moving to Nagasaki. If you're ever in Nagasaki, you've got to try it! And of course, we have all sorts of hard-to-find local sake from Nagasaki!

The slightly muscat-like aroma flows smoothly and is slightly bitter. On the other hand, I have the impression that the impression is a bit thin. Personally, I enjoyed Nikomaru more on its own, and Saido was delicious when paired with sashimi. 720 mL ¥ 1,870

It has a slightly citrusy and sweet aroma and flows smoothly. This was the first time I had ever tasted a sake brewed from edible rice that was moderately sweet with little cloying taste. I also drank Saido later, but I preferred Nikomaru, so I hope I can buy it again when I return to Nagasaki. 720 mL ¥ 1,760

The flavor comes on quickly, but it seems to flow quickly and smoothly. The sweetness is not so strong. Perhaps it was because I drank 1814 afterwards, but it seemed very smooth and I drank it like water. I have never had the normal 7, but I heard that it is fruity, so I wonder if this is a symmetrical flavor. I would like to compare them. 720 mL ¥ 1,705

The muscat-like aroma spreads quickly, followed by sweetness, but then it seems to flow smoothly. Since it is not that assertive, it would go well with lightly seasoned or slightly acidic dishes. It is a local Nagasaki sake. Purchased at a local liquor store when returning home. A long time ago, Nagasaki's sake used to be called Rokujyoshu or Fukuda, but in recent years, Yokoyama and Jiuran have been gaining momentum, and I am very happy about that. 720 mL ¥ 1,678
