いーじー
Purchased at a liquor store near Nagasaki Station during a trip to Nagasaki two weeks ago.
I first drank Yokoyama at a tavern during my trip to Nagasaki. I bought it because they happened to have summer sake. It was on the shelf all the time.
Rarity is normal or slightly high.
Cold sake.
The aroma is subdued but gorgeous. It has a fresh banana(?) aroma.
It is very easy to drink with a medium mouthfeel. It has sweetness and acidity, but they are not so pronounced.
The sharpness is a bit strong. The aftertaste is normal.
I had it with chicken tataki, but it is also perfectly fine on its own.
I recommend it to sake beginners.
