The muscat-like aroma spreads quickly, followed by sweetness, but then it seems to flow smoothly.
Since it is not that assertive, it would go well with lightly seasoned or slightly acidic dishes.
It is a local Nagasaki sake.

A long time ago, Nagasaki's sake used to be called Rokujyoshu or Fukuda, but in recent years, Yokoyama and Jiuran have been gaining momentum, and I am very happy about that.
