Whether intended or not, it is like a celebrity who insists all the time that "this is me," and has a very clear character. For example, Anochan, lol.
It is characterized by a fruity and juicy aroma of sweet and sour. It tastes like a mass of intertwined sweet and savory flavors sitting right at the core.
The final taste is a bitterness and umami, and I wonder if it is this umami that makes Hana-yosu so special.
I don't know if I should have let it sit for about three months but it was still a bit stingy, or if I should have drunk it sooner, but once again, I thought it was a sake that beginning sake drinkers would be hooked on! It is a delicious sake with a fruity taste that is hard to believe it is made from rice.
