It's a warmed-up version. The only word on the bottle is "Ikashizushi", so we don't know the specs. It has a stronger flavor than the one I drank just before.
Re-drank at Kuize on 1/19/2024. The color is a deep yellow. It has the firmness of 70% polished sake, a sense of maturity, and a sharpness with the acidity of a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method. It is a delicious sake with the essence of a big-boned sake.
