Rating [A+] The unexpected specs make for an interesting drink. It's got a little bit of an old-fashioned Yamahai flavor, but it's also got a little bit of Schwapchi bubbles to it. What the heck is this? This is the drink that became. I've never seen a mountain waste drink that tastes better chilled!

Rating [A-] I felt like I tried my best to dissolve the hard-to-open rice called sunrise, lol. If you ask me if it's raw or fire-roasted, I'm raw. It's not my cup of tea, but it's the kind of drink that makes me enjoy thinking about food!

Rating [A+] A junior colleague of mine sent it to me out of the blue from Sendai. Hidatami is supposed to be refreshingly dry, but the 50% polished rice from Aisan is very poppy, as expected. I wanted to enjoy the aroma and mouth feel in a wine glass. However, it was too refreshing, and I felt like I only needed to drink one glass, so I couldn't give it an S. It was not easy to use as a sipper. It's hard to use it as a sipping drink.

Rating [A] I've never heard of this drink before! Very bodied and unshakable goodness in any temperature range! Excellent. I'm not a big fan of chilling, but I think this one will be even more interesting when I open it up and give it even more time!

[Rating A+] It's been a while since I've had an ecru. The aroma of the wood vat is wonderful. The quality of the sake is so beautiful and beautiful to begin with, and the oaky aroma is not too harsh, so I could open a bottle before I knew it. It's a shame that it's too beautiful for me, as I'm a habitual drinker, but it makes me want to open it for a special dinner or something...
