It's been a while since I've had an ecru. The aroma of the wood vat is wonderful. The quality of the sake is so beautiful and beautiful to begin with, and the oaky aroma is not too harsh, so I could open a bottle before I knew it. It's a shame that it's too beautiful for me, as I'm a habitual drinker, but it makes me want to open it for a special dinner or something...
