It has an initial sweetness and a tangy, slightly carbonated taste. The sweetness lasts longer than Suwa Miyamanishiki. I heard that the 2021 IWC Gold champion sake was made from this line, but apart from the aroma, it tastes like Chardonnay, and I can understand why it is popular among foreigners. This time, it was fire-aged and made in April, so it was a little late. It was also displayed on the shelf at room temperature in Hankyu. It is still one of the brands I would like to try from the other lines. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

It is slightly thickened and has a pineapple aroma. It also has a slightly carbonated texture on the tongue, perhaps because it is a draft sake. This is Hanzo's signature product, nama sake. The brewer was there, so we tasted it and bought it. We were grateful to be able to enjoy Junmai Daiginjo at this price. I would like to buy the regular product when I have a chance. 720 mL ¥ 1,980
