In the end, the owner of the former Senzuke was gracious enough to let us all choose the same Senzuke on the rocks only 🥃. But there wasn't much sake to choose from 💦. The owner was in a hurry because 5 people ordered at the same time and he ran out of rocks glasses 💧. The taste is much sweeter with 2% more koji, so it was the right choice to drink it on the rocks 💡. This was the end of the second meeting. We woke up Rafa and went back home, making sure each of us was safe and sound lol. (Completed)

Rafa Good evening ⭐︎ Even though I joined you from work too, I think it's great that you have the stamina to keep moving from 7 am and keep drinking until this time 💡. Let's continue to go to the second meeting in good spirits. ‼️

Good morning, bouken-san! I think it's great that you drink so much, but you still go to the local liquor store on your way home to buy sake, lol.

The second party was a small sake bar run by the former brewer of Senzuke in Nakazaki-cho, which Nemuchi had been curious about ✨. There were many brands that were sold out, but Gura and I chose Yukihikoyama. Until then, I had no idea it was the name of a famous mountain in Himeji💧. I was reminded that even though I live in Hyogo, there are still many places and breweries that I don't know about. This is one of the good things about off-line meetings 💡. I thought about it a lot, and I realized that Asano-san in Sannomiya, where I usually go, sometimes has them, so I reflected on the fact that I haven't been looking at them properly. This time, I had the standard junmai sake served cold, and it was perfect for this time of the day, with the umami of the rice spreading across my tongue.

Yoohee, thank you very much ❗️ What, it's only July 😱. I wonder if it was Maboroshi who came to Hakata 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃. I didn't dare to choose Yukihikoyama because it is available at a local liquor store 😅There will be a Yukihikoyama fair at Asano-san in September, so please come!

Good morning, bouken-san! It seems to be easy to get them in Hyogo prefecture. I did see Asano-san's announcement and thought, "Ah! I'd like to go there and compare the drinks ✨. I'd like to go there and compare the drinks.

Kansai Sake-no-wa: Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura coming to Osaka I drank this one last time because it was the last order time. I think we all drank the same one on the rocks. Last year, it was a test brew for the Izumi Challenge, a sake for the rocks. This year it was released under the Senzuke brand. The label is now cuter too. 🐻‍❄ The quality of the sake does not become thin even on the rocks. Personally, I prefer it to Icebreaker 😆. I know it's Hyogo sake and I'm a local fan 🙄. Woke up Rafa who was still a bit tired 😪 and left the restaurant 😁. I'm glad Nemuchi-san, who seemed to have the hardest time getting the last train, managed to go home (I was surprised that he had to work the next day 😱). Gura-san went home the next morning, but the bullet train 🚅 stopped due to heavy rain and it took him 8 hours to get home 💦Thanks for your hard work 🙇. This is the end of the offline meeting post. Thank you for your attention 🙏.

Off-line meeting with Mr. KANSAI SAKE WAGURA coming to Osaka After passing through a sleazy entertainment district, we tried to enter a famous liquor store/stand-up bar, but they refused us with a salty attitude even though there was space for us to enter 😨 We still had some time left before the bar closed... The manager was very curt! I don't want to be banned, so I won't give the name of the restaurant.... I won't mention the name of the restaurant because I don't want to get banned, but it's well-known and everyone knows that, right? I don't think I will go there again. The affiliated store let me in normally. I will go to the affiliated store from now on. And Yoohee, who seems so quiet, was so angry 😱. So I got myself back on track and went looking for a place to eat 😇 Nemuchi-san asked if there was a sake bar in Nakazaki-cho. Nemuchi-san asked if there was a Sake bar in Nakazaki-cho, and the place came up as a place we wanted to try, so we went! We could have just gone north from the place that turned us down, but for some reason we had to go back and go through the shopping arcade 🤣we dodged some shady catches and arrived at the place😆. The restaurant was packed with about 8 people, and one of the regulars gave up his seat for me. Sorry 🙏. The owner is an ex-master of Senzuke. So there is a lot of Senzuke. The owner also has a daily opening day, so it looks like an interesting place to visit. I was curious about the Miyanoyuki Aizan on the menu, but was told it was sold out.

It was about 3 years old, but it tasted beautiful and not aged. It had a gorgeous, apple-like flavor, and the aging process had removed the corners and rounded it out.

I've seen it sold in 1 gou bottles at the supermarket, but 4 gou costs more than 3,000 yen. I had a nice drink 😋.
