In the end, the owner of the former Senzuke was gracious enough to let us all choose the same Senzuke on the rocks only 🥃.
But there wasn't much sake to choose from 💦.
The owner was in a hurry because 5 people ordered at the same time and he ran out of rocks glasses 💧.
The taste is much sweeter with 2% more koji, so it was the right choice to drink it on the rocks 💡.
This was the end of the second meeting.
We woke up Rafa and went back home, making sure each of us was safe and sound lol.
