The second party was a small sake bar run by the former brewer of Senzuke in Nakazaki-cho, which Nemuchi had been curious about ✨. There were many brands that were sold out, but Gura and I chose Yukihikoyama. Until then, I had no idea it was the name of a famous mountain in Himeji💧. I was reminded that even though I live in Hyogo, there are still many places and breweries that I don't know about. This is one of the good things about off-line meetings 💡. I thought about it a lot, and I realized that Asano-san in Sannomiya, where I usually go, sometimes has them, so I reflected on the fact that I haven't been looking at them properly. This time, I had the standard junmai sake served cold, and it was perfect for this time of the day, with the umami of the rice spreading across my tongue.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃. I didn't dare to choose Yukihikoyama because it is available at a local liquor store 😅There will be a Yukihikoyama fair at Asano-san in September, so please come!

Good morning, bouken-san! It seems to be easy to get them in Hyogo prefecture. I did see Asano-san's announcement and thought, "Ah! I'd like to go there and compare the drinks ✨. I'd like to go there and compare the drinks.
