We had Sharaku with eggplant in ginger soy sauce, negitoro and onion slices. Good sake complements the food, and the food complements the sake. I'll try the Kaze no Mori Aizan 807 and the Mimuro Sugi again. We bought them at Yajima sake shop in Chiba.
