I buy Yatagarasu as a matter of course if I can find it. It's gentle on the palate, has a great aroma, and often has a clean, crisp finish, so it's now my go-to sake (^^) ⤴⤴ If you'd like, I'd love to hear what you think, Shishigami-san!

I got Hachitanishiki and Gin no Yume. Both are so similar and super pineapple-y that they almost changed my image of sake! The balance of gentle sweetness and firm acidity is perfect. Delicious (^^)
