I like the name like a sword that seems to snap often. I use it for cooking, but it also has a nice crisp sweetness at room temperature. It can also be heated! And what's more, it's inexpensive and simply made with domestic rice, koji, and brewer's alcohol. It is sold everywhere and has a good sense of stability!

Switching from Otters. I got it at B&D Drugstore Komaki with an Aichi travel coupon. I got it at B&D Drugstore Komaki with an Aichi travel coupon. My mom always used to buy it from her work, using her part time money, and my dad used to drink it without telling me. It was 100 yen cheaper than Kiyosujo and cost 822 yen (tax included). I guess I've reached the age where I can afford to buy devil's killers too. Dad! It's quite a refreshingly dry sake. I haven't seen my father for a while, but I guess he's still drinking the same Oni-kiri. Well, it's a bit too refreshing compared to Otters 45, but I like it because it's like a traditional Japanese sake, nothing fake about it. I think I'm going to finish the Onikiri series. Postscript. I finally finished it on a night in the lingering summer heat of the month 🤣🤣.

I've always wanted to try Otters Junmai Daiginjo 45, not 39. Miraculously, Tokyu Department Store had it in stock, and I bought it immediately. And at the regular price of 3,300 yen tax included! It seems that the sake brewery wants to move to the 30%/90%. I guess the less tangy taste is more appealing to everyone! Let's compare it to Hakkaisan Special Honjozo! I'll have to open the Hakkaisan today, since two bottles of it take up space in the vegetable room. Now, the otters. For snacks, I had grilled ash-dried Akinatai fish. The Hakkaisan is as clear and straightforward as ever, but the Otters has a straightforward flavor of malted rice reminiscent of the sake lees I used to eat a lot (my mom forced me to eat it!) and a gorgeous acidity like champagne. This one is sure to be popular. But in summer, I still prefer white Yebisu with a chaser.

Oh shoot, I bought a bottle again just because it was a bit of a bargain. Oh well... lol Special Honjozo from a famous place. Since I changed from the Honjozo sake that I have been drinking for a long time, I feel it is more clean and free of any clutter. It tastes good lukewarm on a slightly cold day. For snacks, I had swordfish and scallops stir-fried with garlic. Be careful not to drink too much. I'm sure the price is the same everywhere, but it was 2609 yen tax included at Kakuyasu. A cold one on a hot and humid night with a chaser of Super Dry will give you a good dream lol. It's kind of nice that there is a sake brewery in Minamiuonuma. I want to go back to GALA Yuzawa.

A good deal at Life for 1,427 yen per bottle including tax. Perhaps it is because I have been drinking 19°C sake for a while, but it is easy to drink cold, although it feels a little light and refreshing. Hotter heating seems to go well with all kinds of food. The unique salty taste and the The air that passes through the nose is delicious. According to the website, the rice polishing ratio is 75%. Goes well with Ecchu grilled mackerel sushi from Seijo Ishii! Oh, it's Koyama Honke again. It's cheap and good here, isn't it?
