Special Honjozo from a famous place. Since I changed from the Honjozo sake that I have been drinking for a long time, I feel it is more clean and free of any clutter.
It tastes good lukewarm on a slightly cold day. For snacks, I had swordfish and scallops stir-fried with garlic. Be careful not to drink too much. I'm sure the price is the same everywhere, but it was 2609 yen tax included at Kakuyasu.
A cold one on a hot and humid night with a chaser of Super Dry will give you a good dream lol.
It's kind of nice that there is a sake brewery in Minamiuonuma.
I want to go back to GALA Yuzawa.
