This sake was purchased while climbing Mt. The aroma is subdued, and when you drink it, the sweetness is concentrated with the flavor of rice. The aftertaste is a bit dry and sharp. Personally, I think it tastes better chilled than at room temperature. I will try heating it up next time.

I bought this sake when I was climbing Mt. I thought it would be shwashy and sweet, but it was less gassy than I expected. It has a fruity aroma and feels sweet at first, but it finishes with a nice sharpness, and I think it can go well enough as a food sake.â

It has a fresh aroma and taste, as is typical of nama-shu. The acidity is moderate and there is no spicy aftertaste, making the sake easy to drink. Of course, it was very delicious!

When drunk cold, the aroma is mild but a little alcoholic. The taste was umami sweet with a slightly spicy aftertaste. When heated, the spiciness and alcohol taste disappears and it becomes sweeter and richer. Personally, I prefer it heated. I would drink it cold with sashimi and warm it up with nabe.

Kamikimoto's new sake for 2023. It has a strong nigori (a bitterness), but the effervescence is weak. The aroma is peachy, and the initial taste is creamy like nigori, but the aftertaste is strong and dry. It was refreshing and easy to drink.
