This is my second time to try this Shinomine sake! The subtitle is "Natsu Rin" and it seems to be a new sake for summer! The bottle and the label are cool. The rice polishing ratio is 60%. You feel the sweetness in your mouth, but the aftertaste is as refreshing as it is dry! When you drink it, the aroma comes through your nose - it's delicious (^^)

The rice polishing ratio is 70%. The price is about 850 yen, which is very affordable. But the capacity is 500ml, so it is small. The alcohol content is only 8%. It has the aroma of rice malt like the sake. However, it has a mellow sweetness and a fruit-like sourness that you can't imagine from its aroma, and it is very delicious. There is no indication of the sake degree, but it must be quite negative. It is like a white wine. It is too sweet to drink with food, so it would be better to drink this sake alone in a relaxed manner. I'd recommend it even more to people who don't like or haven't had much sake in their lives!

I was attracted by the fact that it was a limited edition product, so I bought it. Although the rice polishing ratio is 60%, it has a clear taste like Junmai Daiginjo. The only thing is that it is not as good as it could have been.

This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake. The label was metallic and cool, so I bought it on the jacket. When I tried it, it tasted sweet at first, but the aftertaste was like brewed alcohol, so I didn't think it was very tasty. There is no brewing alcohol in the ingredients... This is not a recommendation, but a note for myself.

Gifu Prefecture Hida City Watanabe Sake Brewery W" alcohol content 17 The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so it is classified as Junmai Daiginjo, but the brewery doesn't want people to have a preconceived notion that this is a good Junmai Daiginjo, so they label it as Junmaishu. Just hearing that information alone makes it worthwhile. It has a very elegant sweetness in the mouth. Rather than having it with food, I'd rather enjoy this sake alone in a relaxed atmosphere. You don't need any snacks!
