The rice polishing ratio is 70%. The price is about 850 yen, which is very affordable. But the capacity is 500ml, so it is small. The alcohol content is only 8%.
It has the aroma of rice malt like the sake.
However, it has a mellow sweetness and a fruit-like sourness that you can't imagine from its aroma, and it is very delicious. There is no indication of the sake degree, but it must be quite negative.
It is like a white wine.
It is too sweet to drink with food, so it would be better to drink this sake alone in a relaxed manner. I'd recommend it even more to people who don't like or haven't had much sake in their lives!
