The rice polishing ratio is 50%, so it is classified as Junmai Daiginjo, but the brewery doesn't want people to have a preconceived notion that this is a good Junmai Daiginjo, so they label it as Junmaishu.
Just hearing that information alone makes it worthwhile.
It has a very elegant sweetness in the mouth. Rather than having it with food, I'd rather enjoy this sake alone in a relaxed atmosphere. You don't need any snacks!
