For the last sake of the year, we decided on Saku, which we have been wanting to drink for a long time: ‼︎ Fruity and sweet with a spiciness that is natural✨. It is soft, gentle and delicate to the end. We decided on takowasai, our #1 favorite snack, but I think it would go better with lighter foods. I wish you many more drinks next year.

It's so delicious ‼︎ The banana aroma really comes through your nose. It's fresh and tropical, but it's also very crisp and carbonated. Today I drank it with sandwiches, but no matter what snacks I have with it, I can't stop 🥰. I'd like to drink many other kinds of Kaze no Mori 🍶.

The instant I drank it, I thought it was apple juice. The sweetness is followed by a sourness that goes away quickly. It can be drunk like wine or shochu, so I think it will be popular among young women and people overseas. Since I was going to the gym at night, I thought it would be okay if the alcohol content was low, but it is true that I did not get drunk, probably because it is 5%. (I'll give it some time before I go, so I'll be fine.) I felt like eating French fries when I drank it.

You can taste gentle sweetness and gentle spiciness. If you ask me whether it is sweet or dry, I would say it is dry because the spiciness comes at the end. (I don't know). Today I served it with yellowtail sashimi and duck roast. It seems to go well with strong flavored food. It gently accepts the wasabi on the yellowtail sashimi and the black pepper on the duck roast. I love the glass sake cups I bought at a glass studio in Azumino, Nagano. You can see a cat when you look at it from above 🐈.

Went to an udon restaurant with my family. Good texture. Goes well with Kyoto-style dashi and tempura. Goes well with udon noodles. It leaves a slight sourness after drinking and stimulates the appetite. Sake that can be enjoyed with food 🍶.
