If you ask me whether it is sweet or dry, I would say it is dry because the spiciness comes at the end. (I don't know).
Today I served it with yellowtail sashimi and duck roast.
It seems to go well with strong flavored food.
It gently accepts the wasabi on the yellowtail sashimi and the black pepper on the duck roast.
I love the glass sake cups I bought at a glass studio in Azumino, Nagano. You can see a cat when you look at it from above 🐈.
