Sake brewery in Gifu Nakatsugawa moves to Higashikawa-cho, Hokkaido in 2020. Restarted as a public and private enterprise.
The brewery makes sake using local rice.
There are also Takasago Shuzo and Otokoyama in nearby Asahikawa City, and Daisetsu Kamikawa Shuzo (relocated from Mie Prefecture) in Kamikawa Town.
It has a slightly carbonated taste and is very easy to drink.
It's also good to let it sit for a few days after opening.
