Cardamom
Strong, complex bitterness and acidity, reminiscent of lychee and grapefruit. It has a strong, robust intensity. Good with heavy dishes such as oily or fried food, but may lose out to delicate seafood dishes.

Cardamom
Aromas of muscat and lychee, nose, tingling coming to the tongue. Slightly alcoholic. It should be drunk at about 8-10℃. As the temperature rises, the alcohol smell becomes stronger, so it would be good to chill it in the refrigerator and drink it while swirling.
