Not sake, but... Uguisu in the garden (though I was curious about sake too) Umeshu (plum wine) ♡♡♡♡ I heard it was sour. Good acidity, not too sweet, so it goes well with food! It is thick and rich. I tried it with cider. I think it's best to enjoy it straight or on the rocks and enjoy the mellow flavor!

Senbero maker arrived and I got a handsome We had it hot. Very refreshing after drinking. I heard it's good hot, but I think I like the acidity of the end-of-drink feeling better when it's hot and skimpy.

It's so good! Aroma is good. It is juicy because it is brewed in a vat. 80% Gohyakumangoku I guess you read "Funabagumi". Here is a copy and paste from an internet search ↓. Sake is made in a process called jōso, in which the unrefined sake is pressed to separate it into sake and sakekasu (sake lees). During the Kami-zan process, freshly pressed sake is bottled on the spot in "nikkumi". It is also sometimes called "funaba-gumi.

It does not look like Yamahai and is quite easy to drink. Fruity and aromatic. The sweet aroma in the mouth is irresistible. IWC award-winning sake.
