I bought this sake as a gift for my wife when I visited Ise Jingu Shrine with my daughter.
I told the owner of the sake shop that I prefer fruity sake, and he recommended it to me.
The fruity aroma spread in the mouth and was immediately followed by a spicy taste that hit the back of my throat, but it was very pleasantly stimulating. It is the first time in a long time that I have had a hit sake! You can enjoy a very delicious strong flavor.

I bought this on my way home from the Matsuzaka Marathon I recently participated in.
I was looking forward to seeing what it would taste like, as I had researched the sake and found that it goes well with Matsuzaka beef.
It had a very fruity flavor that fluttered in my mouth, followed by a refreshing aftertaste.
This is good.
I had it with seared dried squid.
It was a perfect match!
It's a good idea to match it with meat another time, but it has a robust flavor...
Mie is great because we have both beef and seafood!
