I discovered it by chance when I went to my first liquor store. The image on the palate was of a luxurious sake where the sharpness quickly fades away, but the part of the sake that can be tasted as sake remains firmly in the mouth. It has a sharp but firm face of sake. I had it with sushi, and it seemed to go well with it. It was a dangerous and attractive sake that could easily be consumed. It was very tasty.
