A soft, transparent, soft color with a slight yellow tinge. It has a nice balance between the gentle scent of rice and the dryness of the alcohol. The sweetness is mild, with a pronounced umami and acidity. Bitterness is also evident, starting with umami and bitterness, then fading to a lingering bitterness, and ending with a full-bodied, rice-like flavor that enhances the sense of satisfaction. 100% Hitomebore rice from Miyagi Prefecture is used.

ラクダ
Cold. A sake with a gentle aroma and sweetness that surrounds you. Yellowish clarity, plump rice aroma before drinking. Soft on the palate, first the sweetness of the rice, then a white flowery aroma spread across the mouth. The taste is firm and delicious. The acidity is mild and accentuates the aroma and sweetness. The lingering aroma of rice and a slight bitterness that lingered after the drink was finished provided the perfect exhalation for the next sip. It was a junmai sake that was not tiring to drink and could be drunk in a relaxed manner.

Cold. This is a refreshing sake that would go well with home cooking, like the kind of sake parents used to drink around a bottle of sake on New Year's Day. The aroma and taste are not overly assertive, so it goes well with everything in Japan, Europe and China. It has an alcoholic aftertaste that makes it refreshing to drink. Tasting exercise: "Transparent, almost colorless, silvery appearance. Youthful aroma of green bamboo. Slightly light impression, with less sweetness, gentle acidity and a modest bitterness. Dry and slightly long-lasting ordinary sake
